Terms of Service

1. The service
MostWelcome provides an employee-gifting service that connects to a customer's HRIS, sends milestone reminders, and coordinates gifts from Sussex suppliers. These terms apply to anyone who uses the service.
2. Accounts
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, and for keeping your login credentials safe. You must be authorised to connect any HRIS you link to MostWelcome.
3. Fees
MostWelcome is billed at £20 per month, exclusive of VAT and the cost of individual gifts. Gift costs are shown before you confirm a choice.
4. Suppliers
Gifts are fulfilled by independent Sussex suppliers. We choose partners carefully but are not liable for supplier acts or omissions outside our reasonable control.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month; we don't offer partial refunds.
6. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. We don't exclude liability that can't lawfully be excluded.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
