Questions we get asked.
How do I get paid?
We pay by bank transfer within 7 days of an order being fulfilled. You invoice us for the retail price minus the agreed trade discount, or we send a self-billing statement if you'd prefer.
What does it cost?
Nothing to join, nothing monthly. Our margin is a trade discount agreed with you when you're approved, typically in line with what you'd offer any wholesale buyer. If we don't sell anything, you don't pay anything.
Do I have to offer discounts to customers?
No. Buyers pay your normal retail price. The trade discount is between you and us, not visible to the recipient.
How much notice do I get for orders?
Most occasions like birthdays and anniversaries are booked at least 7 days ahead. New starter gifts are usually a few days in advance. You can set your own lead times when you join.
What area do you cover?
Sussex only for now — West Sussex, East Sussex, and Brighton and Hove. We'd rather do one region properly than spread thin.
