MostWelcome Ltd ("MostWelcome", "we", "us") is a company registered in England, based in Horsham, West Sussex. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at hello@mostwelcome.co.uk.

What we collect

• Account data — name, work email, employer, and role when you sign up or book a demo.
• HRIS data — where a customer connects an HRIS, we receive employee names, work emails, start dates, birthdays and other milestone dates strictly needed to trigger gifts.
• Usage data — pages visited, actions taken, and basic device information.

How we use it

We use personal data to operate the MostWelcome service, send milestone reminders, fulfil gifts through Sussex suppliers, and improve the product. We do not sell personal data, ever.

Legal bases

We rely on legitimate interests to run and improve MostWelcome, contract necessity to deliver the service you've asked for, and consent where the law requires it (for example, non-essential cookies).

Sharing

We share the minimum necessary data with our Sussex suppliers to fulfil a gift, and with trusted infrastructure providers (hosting, email, HRIS integrations) under UK GDPR-compliant contracts.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data, and to complain to the ICO. Email hello@mostwelcome.co.uk and we'll respond within 30 days.
