MostWelcome is a Sussex startup on a quiet mission: to make it easier for companies to mark the moments that matter for their people — birthdays, work anniversaries, new babies, weddings — without any of it feeling automated.
Why we started
Most gifting platforms optimise for scale. We started MostWelcome because we wanted the opposite — a way for growing teams to feel a little more like a neighbourhood. Every gift is chosen thoughtfully, and everything we send comes from a maker within a short drive of our office.
Where we are
We're based in Horsham, West Sussex, and we work with bakers, florists, printers and independent shops across the county. If it can't come from Sussex, it doesn't come from us.
How we work
MostWelcome plugs into the HRIS you already use, watches for the milestones that matter, and quietly nudges the right person to pick something lovely in time. No spreadsheets, no reminders on the fridge, no forgetting.
